- Select "Offline Mode" during the initial setup
- Switch to offline mode at any time through the Extension settings
- If you previously shared your email, switching to offline mode will stop all data collection and remove your email from our servers
Offline Mode vs. Online Mode
Offline Mode: All extension features work fully. No data collection or transmission to our servers. Data stays on your local device only.
Online Mode: All extension features work fully, functionality data is stored in your Google Drive for syncing across devices, and you receive occasional emails about new projects and features. Only your email address is collected on our servers with your explicit consent.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Information
ProSearch Tools employs strong security measures to protect your information:
5.1 Email Storage
- If you have opted in to share your email, it is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption
- Access to email data is strictly limited to authorized personnel
